Pertama kali menginap disini. Memesan type kamar Ranggawuni dengan permintaan 1 double bed (karena hanya bepergian berdua bersama suami) untuk stay selama 4 hari 3 malam. Secara umum tempatnya strategis karena jauh dari hiruk pikuk suasana perkotaan dan menonjolkan ketenangan, kesejukan dan panorama yang natural. Petugas resort sopan dan cepat tanggap. Layanan kebersihan dan merapikan kamar tersedia setiap hari. Demikian pula dengan ketersediaan mobil shuttle yang siaga 24 jam, fasilitas kolam renang, sepeda gratis dan wahana memberi makan hewan. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah ketika turun hujan deras ada 2 titik di kamar kami yang atapnya bocor, sehingga air hujan masuk membasahi kamar. Sempat membuat panik memindahkan makanan dan barang-barang supaya tidak terkena air hujan. Terlebih memaksa suami mengepel lantai kamar setelah hujan reda...😄😄 Saran kami agar depannya manajemen hotel dapat melakukan pengecekan berkala terhadap fasilitas sebuah kamar secara menyeluruh. Overall one of the best places you should visit and stay ! 🤗🤗

We had a really enjoyable stay at Shanaya Resort Malang and would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Malang. The resort is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, making it a very comfortable place for a short getaway. The price is also affordable compared to many other resorts, which makes it great value for money. We love the scenery and vibe too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and breakfast each morning was tasty with a good variety. It’s clear that the team puts in effort to make guests feel comfortable. There were a couple of things that could be improved. At one point, staff entered our room without permission to take back their iron, which we found a little intrusive. Also, on our checkout day, the shuttle service was very late. However, what impressed us was the way the management handled it. The manager personally came out to apologise and even surprised us with a cake. That thoughtful gesture really showed their sincerity and commitment to good hospitality. Given that it was just after a long weekend holiday, we could understand the delay. Overall, Shanaya Resort Malang is a lovely, affordable, and comfortable place to stay with genuine staff and good service recovery. Highly recommended for families!

Great hotel great location in the nature great place to relax this sold also the baby rabbits Sheep the little horse and this one’s was so cute the food was great! Also the shuttle that was driving people in today rooms made it so easy for the customers It would be great if the horse Ruby get a partner also if you guys could consider a little fridge shower cap and extra towels for the head. I definitely recommend to stay here if you want to have a break from the busy city and get in touch with the nature

Loving the location. Perfect for staycation as it has lots of activities to do and the view are stunning. We stayed in the Kertarajasa room and were really satisfied with how clean and well-maintained it was. The staff were also very friendly and helpful One small note: it would be more convenient if each room had a hairdryer provided. Definitely would love to come back🫶🏻

The villa is spacious and provides all the necessary amenities required. However, one of the towels provided is very dirty, and luckily, my friend has brought her a change of towel as we need to shower quickly and go out soon. The bedsheet has some stains as well, which makes it unpleasant. However, I would like to comment on the lobby service as well as the restaurant we dine in. The staff are very courteous and helpful. When asked for a change of towels and ironing board, they respond and deliver efficiently. There is a buggy service to send you from the lobby to your villa if you dont wish to walk as the place is huge.

I fell in love instantly when I stumbled upon this hotel on hotel booking site and decided to book a stay. The resort is cool as it is surrounded by lot's of plants and trees. The wooden villas are cute and looked unreal, but quite spacious for 2 persons. Efficient buggy and room service via Whatsapp. Food served in the hotel restaurant was tasty, my stomach healed after trying an Indonesian drink contain cinnamon and ginger (I forgot the name, pls check my picture!) when I had stomach issue. Listening to the birds singing while watching cute cats playing hide & seek, Shanaya is a perfect choice if you want a peaceful stay and immerse yourself in the nature.
